Shaista Abbas
Shaista founded SOULS to close a gap she saw again and again: capable professionals who had attended plenty of training, yet still struggled to lead when it mattered. She set the standard every SOULS program is built to — rigorous, deeply human, and translated into practical action. A corporate trainer and executive coach with visiting faculty roles at the Pakistan Institute of Management and Bahria University, she leads program design across the faculty and personally facilitates flagship leadership and coaching engagements.
